Terms and Conditions for Original Artwork
Artist: Charlotte Bradley
1. Nature of Materials
All artworks created by Charlotte Bradley are made using real, organic, and natural materials, including but not limited to pressed flowers, plant matter, and other botanical elements.
Due to the organic nature of these materials, they are inherently perishable and subject to natural aging, fading, colour variation, and change over time. These changes are a normal and expected characteristic of organic artwork and are outside the artist’s control.
By purchasing or commissioning artwork, the client acknowledges and accepts the natural properties and lifecycle of organic materials.
2. Client-Supplied Flowers and Materials
If a client provides flowers or other organic materials for use in an artwork, these materials become the property of Charlotte Bradley upon receipt.
The artist assumes full creative discretion over the use, arrangement, preservation, and handling of these materials.
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of organic matter:

3. Uniqueness of Artwork
Each piece is entirely handmade and unique. Variations in colour, texture, size, and composition are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
No two pieces will be identical, even when recreating a similar style or theme.
4. Timeframes and Completion
Due to the specialised nature of working with organic materials, including harvesting, drying, pressing, and preservation, completion timeframes may vary significantly.

The artist will make every reasonable effort to complete the work in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.
5. Care and Preservation
To maintain the quality and longevity of the artwork, clients are advised to:
Failure to follow care instructions may accelerate natural deterioration.
6. Artistic Rights
The artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all artwork, including commissioned pieces.
The artist reserves the right to photograph and use images of the artwork for portfolio, exhibition, and promotional purposes.
7. Sales and Commissions
All sales are considered final due to the custom, handmade, and perishable nature of the artwork.
Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, commissioning artwork, or sending materials to Charlotte Bradley, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
